About the Role:

Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other items as needed
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety guidelines

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
